Contract

Please note that pet food and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned, either through our e-shop or at our physical store locations. This policy is applied strictly for the health and safety of your animals, as we must always know with absolute certainty the storage, handling, and environmental conditions under which such products have been kept. For this reason, any return or exchange of food or medicinal products cannot be accepted.

If the return of the products is due to our own error or defect, there is the option of a refund and our company will bear the return cost. In this case, you must also inform us immediately.
The money will be refunded to you within 21 days of returning the products to our company.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel his online order, within the 24-hour period, if the necessary document (tax receipt) has not been issued via the email address info@kitt-n-pupp.com, or by phone at 210-6745501.
